To setup a TikTok account on your phone:

1. Download TikTok from Google Play or the App Store
2. Open the app
3. Go to Me
4. Choose a method to sign up

To sign up for a TikTok account on your computer:

1. Go to TikTok.com
2. Click on the Log in button in the top toolbar
3. Click Sign up in the bottom of the window that opens
